We use tracked delivery methods. This can be either using our own dedicated Q-S health hub drivers or using Royal mail.

• Royal Mail 1st Class — you’ll receive your order in 1–3 days, Monday to Saturday.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery 4pm — you'll receive your order the next day by 4pm, Monday to Saturday.

• Royal Mail Special delivery 11am — you'll receive your order the next day by 4pm, Monday to Saturday.

• Post Office Collection — collect from a local Post Office of your choice in 1–3 days, Monday to Saturday.

Delivery ranges from £2.90 for Royal Mail 1st Class to £13.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 11am the next day. However, we do offer free delivery service using our own dedicated drivers.
