Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. We ship every order in plain, discreet packaging, without any branding or labels.
How quick is delivery?

We use tracked delivery methods. This can be either using our own dedicated Q-S health hub drivers or using Royal mail. Royal Mail 1st Class — you’ll receive your order in 1–3 days, Monday to Saturday. Royal Mail Special Delivery 4pm — you'll receive your order the next day by 4pm, Monday to Saturday. Royal Mail Special delivery 11am — you'll receive your order the next day by 4pm, Monday to Saturday. Post Office Collection — collect from a local Post Office of your choice in 1–3 days, Monday to Saturday.
What does delivery cost?

Delivery ranges from £2.90 for Royal Mail 1st Class to £13.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 11am the next day. However, we do offer free delivery service using our own dedicated drivers.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands?

No, Q-S Health Hub only delivers to England at the moment.
Are the medications you prescribe genuine?

Yes, we use the same pharmaceutical suppliers and wholesalers as traditional pharmacies. All treatments are fully UK-licensed.
Will my GP be informed of my treatment?

For medication received using our PGD service then it is mandatory for us to let the GP know of all the medication being supplied to your self. For private prescriptions We recommend informing your GP.
